We are excited to share a workshop with you on Sleep & Wellbeing, focusing on how bringing mindful awareness to our experience and routines can help improve sleep hygiene. This session aims to build a toolkit to improve the quantity and quality of your sleep.
We will be looking at skilful ways to get your body into the right state for a good night's sleep, exploring how we can use mindful awareness to bring more acceptance to our experience, and make more sensible decisions about our daily routines and behaviours/habits.
The session is capped at 20 participants to ensure the quality of the practice. Please note we do not offer refunds, so if you can't make it after booking please let us know by email, as we can then offer the space to someone else. All proceeds are considered a donation to the group, to subsidise sessions & events for those who cannot afford the full price. If you are struggling financially to pay for a meditation session, please do contact us and we will do our best to subsidise your ticket, as we believe mindfulness should be available to all.
