Sign up here to be paired with a Mindfulness Buddy to share your meditation experience with. In times of isolation and uncertainty, we hope that this will help you stay grounded and supported. You may want to discuss your practice, share resources you have found helpful or simply check in regularly.

University Mindfulness sessions

Elizabeth English, University Mindfulness Practitioner, will be hosting a daily Midday Meditation, Tuesday Q&A sessions  and Thursday live sessions exploring different Mindfulness subjects each week. You can find the timetable here.

If you have taken part in the 8-week course already, there is also a Wednesday drop-in you can join to maintain your practice.
